My lender said the appraisal has been ordered. How long until I know the results?
That depends. First, the appraisal being ordered does not necessarily mean it has been scheduled. Once the appraisal has been scheduled, you can plan on a week or so to get the results back. Please forward the results to me as sometimes I am not provided a copy.

Zillow does a wonderful dis-service to retail buyers by scraping foreclosure notices, and then posting them as apparent listings leading the typical buyer to think they might be able to get a great deal (let’s not talk about how that’s a mis-conception in itself).
