You may have heard me mention “dotloop” or our “transaction management system”. In effect they are one and the same.

If there’s one thing real estate is good at it’s generating paperwork. Where dotloop excels is in taking some of the pain out of juggling it all giving you a place to e-sign documents and an electronic filing cabinet so you can access copies of all your paperwork.

As I get things for you to sign or initial I’ll route them to you over email via dotloop. Note that the 1st time you get a document you won’t have to login. After signing and submitting the document back to me you will be prompted to create an account, which I would strongly recommend you do.
